NOTICE TO DEACTIVATE OF TOP-UP FUNCTION - PRE-PAID ACCOUNT FROM OCTOBER 1ST, 2022

The top-up feature will be removed on October 1, 2022. Customers can continue to use the account balance until December 10, 2022, but you will no longer be able to top up the prepaid account. Customers should thus spend the prepaid account balance as soon as possible.

Highlands will refund the prepaid account balance to the customer's bank account after the stated time period (from December 10, 2022).
